Wicky’s Chef Invited to Cargill Beef

Chef Collin Kelley has been invited by local beef supplier to visit Cargill Beef, the second largest beef processing company, headquartered in Wichita Kansas. Chef Kelly will visit their plant to see their beef slaughter and fabrication facilities. Cargill’s lead product is boxed beef and large , wholesale cuts of meat, that are vacuumed packed and boxed for chilled shipment domestically and abroad. Fed cattle are fabricated and harvested at five US facilities and two in Canada, with more than eight million head of cattle processed annually from Cargill generating over 7.7 billion pounds of meat and meat by-products.
