I take this opportunity to send a cordial greeting and would like to congratulate you for the “Wicky’s” grand opening!!

On be half of the entire Fairmont Mayakoba, I would like to thank for the warmest welcome and hospitality that we received yesterday at the dinner.

Your restaurant is beautiful!! The presentation of the restaurant, foods and drinks, the service was excellent, and the affection of the people of Wicky´s, thank you so much!! Everything was so great!! We had a very pleasant evening.

Please let them know the General Manager, Mr. Mario Kilos, our waiter Jerry and all the staff of Wicky´s that we had this fabulous experience with you.

I hope this is the first of many occasions with you. Also I am working as the Public Relations for the Concierge Association of Mexico, Southeast Region. I hope soon to be with you again for future events. Please do not forget to send us any information of the restaurant and of your events.
